Senators Lindsay Graham (R-SC), Bill Cassidy (R-LA), Dean Heller (R-NV), and Ron Johnson (R-WI) introduced a听听that would, in short, repeal the individual and employer mandates; move to provide states with block grants in lieu of federal subsidies; and repeal Medicaid expansion.
